Tax Manager

Tax Manager responsibilities include:

• Prepare or review federal and state income tax returns (1065, 1040, 1120,.1041, 709)
• Track tax return statuses including managing 3rd party tax preparers
• Identify, research and document tax positions
• Prepare Cash Flow analysis and projections
• Review internally prepared financial statements
• Other reporting and projects as assigned by the CFO

Requirements:

• CPA required
• 5+ years public accounting income tax compliance experience
• Experience with partnership tax returns and real estate activities
• Experience with complex individual and trust/estate compliance and planning a plus
• CCH ProSystem fx or Axcess Tax Software experience strongly preferred
