Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst – Lithonia, GA - $80,000 - $90,000 – In office 4 days, remote 1 (your choice)

Accountants One has been hired by a longtime client to recruit a Business Systems Analyst to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience using Tableau & SQL processing data analysis.

This role will be focused on the development, maintenance and support of core business units within the company. So this role will interact with other departments to help troubleshoot, train and get information. Project management focused role processing data analysis and process improvements.

Duties:

• Lead data analysts by providing guidance with project prioritization, knowledge transfer and best practices
• Extract data from various sources and systems
• Design and run complex data queries for different leadership requirements
• Review data for accuracy and make recommendations or initiate corrections
• Manage process of ongoing projects to make sure it hits deadlines and requirements
• Meet with operations regularly to move concepts to reality
• Help develop new procedures with software that helps grow the company
• Make recommendations to management based on findings from analysis
• Help end-users troubleshoot issues with tools, data sets and processes that the process improvement team creates
• Develop tools, data sets and processes to streamline business processes. Work with subject matter experts to ensure effective
• Provide leadership to data analysts

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 1-3+ years experience
• Experience or aptitude for Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis
• Professional communication skills
• Strong Excel, SQL experience
• Proficient with Tableau
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience creating systems/user documentation
• Logistics experience a plus
