A $60M, privately held, mechanical and equipment services company in Alpharetta is looking for a qualified "hands-on" Senior Accountant (an in-office role), who could be promoted to Accounting Manager in 1-2 years, to help them grow to $300M in four years primarily through acquisitions. This person will serve a key role in helping the company integrate acquisitions and grow their accounting function and department staff. The company is building the finance group from the ground up to make accounting operations efficient to support their growth plans, so this is a great opportunity for someone to have an impact and gain managerial experience.
The company is migrating from QuickBooks to NetSuite in the first half of next year and would like someone with NetSuite experience to help with the conversion.
Key Candidate Qualifications:

Key Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years commensurate accounting experience
- Current Oracle NetSuite experience and some knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience working with a PE owned company
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions from a purchase accounting and integration standpoint
- CPA (strongly preferred)
