Accountants One is working with a service-oriented company looking for a Finance Manager. They are looking to hire a Finance Manager. This person will work closely with the Director of Finance and Senior Manager. This is a fast-paced environment that is constantly growing due to business needs. They offer a hybrid work schedule.
Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Involved in all planning cycles (Budgeting/Forecasting/variances) works with the business to analyze results and trends in the business
- Monthly review of trends help with cost improvements
- Creates KPI's, dashboards, track and support the business performance, process improvement etc.
- Full P&L responsibilities, develop financial models, business cases etc.
- Other special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- 5-7 ears experience at least a year as a finance manager
- CPA or CMA or MBA preferred
- Strong ERP and data tools experience a plus
- Service-related industry +
- Detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
