Accountants One has a opportunity in Chamblee for a 5 years of high volume construction Controller. The ideal candidates must be a CPA and will be responsible for handling $120,000 million and manage up to 3 accounting people. This is located near Chamblee, GA. It will be hybrid after 90 days. 

Responsibilities: 

• Financial Reporting

• Budgeting and Forecasting

• Cost Control

• Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Payroll Management:

• Internal Controls

• Compliance and Taxation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license

• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Experience in construction accounting and project management

• Cost experience

• Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
