A repeat client in Alpharetta is in need of a Project  Administrator. This is a commercial construction company so construction experience is a plus. If you do not have construction you must have done something similar. They are looking for someone to speak with the clients to discuss the bids. They would be responsible for sending out contracts working for subs getting qualified to do business with this company. This person would manage the paper for the project manager and help with all task. Will print plans and send them out to the field. 

Requirements:

  • Worked with Project Manager before on different Administrative tasks
  • Customer Service speaking with the vendors and project managers
  • Answer detail work with bids in construction
  • Talk to clients to do collections and solve customer problems.
  • Associates degree or higher
  • Must live near Alpharetta and in State
  • 100% in the office- 
  • Able to use office equipment: Scanner, Printer, Fax, camera, etc.
  • Word and Excel - intermediate 
  • Pass background check
