Controller – Buckhead – Hybrid (3 days in office) - $115,000 - $125,000 + 20%

Accountants One has been hired by a company with an excellent reputation in the medical retail industry to recruit a hands-on Controller to streamline financial operations, improve reporting accuracy, and automate processes. Must have 5+ years of experience in inventory accounting, financial reporting, and automation. No direct reports; reports to CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End Close: Shorten process from a month to a week.
• Inventory Management: Automate process via QuickBooks Online.
• Bank Reconciliations: Manage 10 accounts efficiently.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Process Improvement: Automate and clean up financial records.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in accounting/finance, preferably in retail, healthcare.
• Accounting Degree. 
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience in inventory management & automation.
• CPA/CMA preferred but not required.
