Accountants One has been hired by a 30-year old, highly reputable due diligence company in Midtown who is looking for a Due Diligence Associate to join their team in the Midtown Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will have a public accounting background in audit, a CPA, and experience working with commercial real estate.
The responsibilities of the role will include performing financial analysis and reviewing financial reports for commercial properties including office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial.
The position requires very strong accounting, auditing, and analytical skills as most projects are diligence-related with a finite amount of time to complete.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, math, engineering, business
- CPA (audit focus) required, CFA a plus
- 2 or more years of audit experience in real estate or commercial banking experience
- Excellent analytical abilities including the ability to gather and interpret financial and market data
- Be conscientious about assignments and quality of work product
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly
- Basic understanding of appraisal process
- Exceptional computer skills
Compensation:
$85,000 to $150,000 (depending on experience) PLUS the opportunity to earn team bonuses
