Payrolling is becoming a common practice for employers who locate a contract or temporary employment without the assistance of a recruiter. Employers typically have established a relationship with the candidate, but do NOT want to add him or her to their payroll. The cost of this service is minimal and is based on the contractor’s pay rate. Clients are invoiced weekly based on the hours submitted by the contract employee on an approved timesheet. All contractors are issued a weekly check and have the option for direct deposit.
