By hiring a candidate on a temp-to-hire basis, you are able to evaluate the potential employee for 13 weeks (520 hours). Should the candidate not perform up to your expectations, just let Accountants One know and we will replace that candidate. As with contract employees, there is great benefit in clearly defining that the temp-to-hire candidate is an employee of Accountants One.
