Accountants One is working with a tight-knit construction company in Norcross in need of an Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. This is a company with a great reputation and they offer flexible hours. Will be responsible for phones, but most calls go to the extensions. Will help out where ever needed and must have the “how can I help you attitude.”


  • Set up contracts
  • Post customer payments
  • Administrative letters, memos, etc.
  • AIA billing- help with the process
  • Data entry
  • Filing


  • 3+ years experience working as receptionist /administrative.
  • Construction experience a plus
  • Degree preferred
