Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant needed by established Perimeter area CPA Tax Consulting firm. The ideal Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant will have 3+ years’ experience bookkeeping and financial reporting and preparing schedules to support tax preparation.
This Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant will handle multiple clients.
- Full cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Sales and Use Tax and Property Tax returns
- Assist with preparation of 1040, 1120, and 1065 tax returns
- Communication with clients and advising partners as needed
- Must have 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience
- Degree a plus but not required
- Enrolled Agent or experience with income tax return preparation a plus
