Vice President, M&A Integration

PE-owned international re-insurance firm is establishing a North American headquarters in Atlanta. This leadership role will interface with C-Suite worldwide. The main responsibility of this role is the smooth integration of acquisitions into the company. There is offshore training during the first two years.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with M&A transactions including performing due diligence, taking the lead on some parts of transactions
  • M & A integration
  • Post-acquisition tracking and performance improvement
  • Participate in the delivery of integration projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-8 years in all aspects of M&A
  • Previous experience in Financial Services or Insurance
  • Experience with buy-side/sell-side, post-merger integration
  • Experience managing structures or unstructured projects
