A Business Services firm – long-established, successful, and growing – has retained our firm exclusively to recruit an Accounting Manager. This person will manage 3-4 clerical staff, report directly to the Owner, and handle all Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Tax functions, and essentially function as the Controller? The ideal candidate would be MBA with 15+ years experience, looking for long-term stability.
- MBA degree in either Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or CPA is required.
- Prior experience managing small staff in small/mid-size, privately held companies, multiple locations.
- Solid experience in software systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, ADP, Kronos, PeopleSoft, etc.
- Solid background handling ‘hands on’ full accounting, through month-end, year-end, internal/external audits, etc.
