Attracting top talent is a costly task in terms of money, time and difficulty, but the approach utilized by Accountants One allows you to focus on your core business after an initial information gathering session. We will visit you on sight and take you through a series of questions designed to create a realistic view of the “right” Executive for your role. Once we work through our initial meeting, we will create an in-depth job description focusing on the culture and technical skills needed in your new Executive.
