Accountants One is ecstatic to have Carol Cordray of Junior Achievement of Georgia join the remarkable group of guest panelists at a CPE event on June 15th.
Carol Cordray is the Chief Financial Officer of Junior Achievement of Georgia and has been with the organization since 2008. She was nominated for CFO of the Year by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2015.
Prior to joining Junior Achievement of Georgia, she was CFO of the law firm, McCalla Raymer, LLC, of Atlanta, GA. Previously she was the CFO of the investment banking firm, Legacy Securities Corporation, a NASD member. In addition to her role as CFO, Ms. Cordray worked with the banking team on capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and other projects.
She previously served as Vice President of Finance for the Airline Division of Stewart & Stevenson Tug, LLC, a unit of Stewart & Stevenson Inc. Prior to that position, Carol worked as Controller and Treasurer of Tug Manufacturing Corporation, a manufacturer and international distributor of specialized airline related equipment.
Carol also has previous experience in corporate accounting with Neptune International, a division of Wheelabrator Inc. and Container Corporation of America. Carol is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Cordray is a Cum Laude graduate of Emory University and holds a Masters Degree of International Management from the Thunderbird School in Phoenix, Arizona.
