Since beginning her career as a Recruiter in 2003, Holly's success has been founded on honesty and integrity. She is committed to working with Atlanta's top talent, and brings value by matching top talent with top organizations. She does this by carefully listening to and evaluating both candidates and clients - their desires and expectations - to ensure a perfect match.
Holly focuses on the clerical level of accounting on up to a Senior Accountant. Her positions are typically temp-to-hire or contract. Holly also places Direct Hire Candidates with a retention success rate in 2009, of 97%.
Holly has a Bachelors of Arts in English from Georgia State University. While in school, she gained valuable experience in accounting at an organization where she managed accounts receivable and collections. Before joining the Accountants One team, Holly taught High School English in Gwinnett County. She was able to enhance the reading, writing, and communication skills of more than 150 students.
In 2009, Holly billed over $200K, making her the top recruiter for Accountants One.
On a personal note, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and 6 brothers and sisters.
