With over 20 successful years in the manufacturing sector, Ralph understands that actions, indeed, count for more than words. He has also come to understand and appreciate the necessity of finding the right fit for the client and candidate through building strong, growing relationships with both industry (particularly the services industry and manufacturing) and local CPA firms.
Specializing in placing CPA tax, CPA audit, staff and bookkeepers (write-up), Ralph particularly enjoys the interviewing process, where he identifies skills and abilities within his candidates. Matching candidates to the needs and culture of his clients, then, produces the best of all possible outcomes: a win-win-win situation.
Even with all of Ralphs experience and success, he still sees himself as someone who essentially is still in the process of learning and continuing to grow.
With a love for Georgia's great outdoors, Ralph enjoys fresh water fishing and photography. Ralph also loves to travel, and he loves to eat! especially Soul and Spanish foods
