Lisa sees her role as someone who creatively recruits and successfully places accounting and financial professionals in the Atlanta market.
Lisa's involvement encompasses the full scope of the recruitment cycle. Her keen sense of "what is the right fit" is an added plus when dealing with various clients from diverse industries. By the same token, the time and patience that she spends working with each candidate is the key to her successful placements. This professionalism, coupled with her understanding of the sense of urgency required when working with both clients and candidates, has enabled her to deliver exemplary, consistent service throughout her career.
Lisa is a true generalist and has always dealt with many skill sets. Her most recent focus has been in high-end salaried and executive level placement. Her financial industry exposure is vast, as historically many of her clients have been in that arena.
Bringing 20 years of staffing expertise with national and international industry leaders, Lisa previously worked in the Northeast market where she owned her own company and recruited specifically for the financial/banking industry.
